Life Specialty Coatings cementitious products are formulated for high PSI applications and blended with a variety of silica sand and proprietary additives. Life Deck concrete comes in a 50lb bag and is mixed with a high solids acrylic modifier such as LD-81, or 1589, unless otherwise directed. They’re ideal for epoxy floor coatings, concrete overlays, and decorative finishes. LD-1 (Gray, Base) Typically for waterproofing systems & base coats. ​ LD-2 (White, Smooth) Primarily used for smooth finishes, bright or light-colored staining, & texture. ​ LD-3 (Gray, Texture) Great for texturing in standard knock-down finish. ​ LD-5 (Light Gray, Fine) Generally used for grout lines, staining dark colors, decorative overlays, texturing or broom finish systems.

Perfect for sloping, deck repairs, and creating proper water run off, Life Deck LD-10 is a special formulated cement blend with a variety of silica sands and proprietary additives. LD-10 is primarily used for sloping, filling cracks, repairing and/or patching. LD-10 is dry polymer meaning it only requires water to blend with. Do not mix with LD-81, 1589 modifiers or modifiers from other manufacturers in with LD-10 mixture. Available through trusted epoxy distributors for professional and DIY concrete projects.

A-501 micro cement used typically to create a"glass-like" smooth finish. This is perfect for loft living, decorative overlays, countertops, flooring projects and more. A-501 can be applied in interior or exterior applications for residential or commercial applications and can be tinted to desired color.

Self Leveling Overlay can be used as both an underlayment and a topping. It is specially formulated to create a high-compressive-strength, self-leveling surface for interior floors. This overlay is resistant to wheel tracking and indentations, making it ideal for commercial and industrial applications, delivering flat, durable, and professional-quality results.

Carveable Limestone Overlay is a unique one-component overlay that recreates the look and beauty of natural stone. The special blend of natural quarried crushed limestone, cement, polymer and other proprietary additives combine to make a product that is easy to trowel and texture delivering a durable and elegant finish for both residential and commercial surfaces.

Stampable Overlay is a one-component polymer-modified cementitious stampable overlay. When applied with color, stains, and sealers, Stampable Overlay can produce a decorative paving finish like stamped concrete. Typically applied at a 1/4"– to 5/8" thickness, Stampable Overlay is for both interior and exterior use. This can be utilized in new construction and the rejuvenation of the old, it’s ideal for new construction or renovating existing concrete, delivering durable, visually striking results.

ConDecor's ReCoat is a polymer-modified, Portland cement based economical coating designed to re-coat and enhance porous concrete, brick, tile or other hard surfaces. When applied to a properly prepared surface, ReCoat provides a thin durable and wear-resistant decorative finish.

LD-1589 is an acrylic resin designed to absorb into the fiberglass matting and adhere to the substrate or primer coat in the“MC” Waterproofing System and the “FM System”, providing reliable waterproofing for concrete and plywood decks. Ideal for decorative concrete surfaces and structural applications where moisture protection is essential.

LD-81 is a high solids acrylic-polymer modifier that will give increased strength, flexibility and adhesion to most cement based products. LD-81 makes the cement product improve waterproofing and stain resistance, extending the life of decorative concrete, overlays, and countertop projects.
